Virox Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days — ₹99
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days — ₹199
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Shipping Partners We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pincodes for orders up to ₹2,000. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number. You can also track your order via our website.
Non-Serviceable Areas Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable. If your pincode is not covered, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days. All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve it promptly.
